It’s really the basics: move more, eat healthier. In general, it’s about eating more fruits and vegetables, eating less salt, eating foods that are less fatty. You know that you should be eating better, and even a small change to your diet can have an impact.

Also, you need to exercise. That doesn’t mean you need to get on the treadmill and run for an hour. What that means is you need to move. Get up, walk more, even for five minutes, even if it’s just a stroll through the park. Anything, just move—that’s what matters.
