During the stress test at the hospital, you may have felt warm, or felt chest pain or pressure, or shortness of breath that may have disappeared after the stress test. These could have been side effects from the stress test, in which case these should have gone away while you were still in the hospital. In case you continue to have any of these symptoms or other more severe symptoms, call 911.
Otherwise, you can resume your normal activities and your usual diet, and take your medications as prescribed by your doctor. Have a good night’s rest and, by the next day, you should be back to feeling normal.
